RUNNING HOT & COLD - paintings in acrylic

1. Farm Above Newtown (Y Drenewydd)
2. Snowdonia in Winter

A New Year - a new canvas - but the same paints capable of so many things.
Isn't it amazing that within a few hours the same brushes can transform a stretch of 'horrible, scary' canvas into two, so different landscapes. Both are from real situations, one just a short walk from home, here in Wales, the other a few cold hours drive into the depths of Snowdonia.
The cold Snowdonia painting was painted solely with a brush 1 1/2" wide yet giving me very sensitive strokes & subtle blends.
