West Wales footpath above Llangrannog - acrylic on canvas - £

Posted by Picasa The Welsh Coastal path hugs the cliff tops fairly closely. At Llangrannog it drops down to the beach then rises on the other side. But on occasions the path has to go inland for a time.
This painting is made using interactive acrylics which are able to be re-wetted even after some hours have past. In this way they act very much like oils. Oil retains the flexibility to be blended for a number of hours usually.

BORTH West Wales Coast - 20"x16" - special acrylic - £110(P+P)

Posted by PicasaAlthough this scene is 'Borth' (the Welsh for port) it could be almost anywhere along the wonderful West Wales coast with its miles of stunning coastal paths. Wales has so many beaches, short and long and very often you are the only person to seen for miles.
